Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead our water infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering consulting and a proven track record of delivering complex projects in the water sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to deliver water infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance, to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institute or diploma in Engineering Technology from an accredited technical institute.
  • Registered, or eligible for registration as a professional engineer with APEGA or a technologist with ASET.
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in the engineering consulting industry focused in the water or wastewater sector.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Committed team player and highly motivated.
  • Self-motivated and looking for career advancement.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel within Canada.
