Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of building projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in multiple construction disciplines and possess exceptional leadership skills to effectively guide project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct construction projects from inception to completion, handling both minor and major assignments.
- Execute diverse construction activities including electrical installations, heavy machinery operation, painting, tile installation, concrete work, flooring, and more.
- Efficiently operate power tools and construction equipment.
- Accurately assess project budgets and expenses.
- Ensure adherence to building regulations and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in the construction sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of various construction trades and methodologies.
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
