Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Horizon Grocery + Wellness. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and fax, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
  • Manage email correspondence and provide follow-up to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Represent Horizon Grocery + Wellness in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner to all customers.
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure customers receive special services or pre-arranged pricing.
  • Help new customers familiarize themselves with our products, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Report invoicing errors or account discrepancies to the claims department.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of customer service and order desk experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and strong organizational skills.
  • An interest and aptitude for customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Problem-solving skills and accurate claims reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
