We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Burnaby. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, growing sales, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend and sell solutions to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Provide moving and packing quotes to customers via our "Movers Who Care" system.
  • Enter, schedule, and coordinate customer moves and estimates.
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns and complaints.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • Commitment to customer service excellence and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Relentlessly positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
  • Strong logic and mathematical skills.
  • Sales and call centre experience preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy and high school diploma or equivalent.
