Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Handyman Connection of Metro Vancouver, BC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our team of skilled craftsmen.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Collaborate with our team of craftsmen to ensure timely and efficient completion of customer projects
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project status
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
