Sales Operations Coordinator Job Description

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in optimizing the Sales team's performance and driving sales growth. This position is responsible for lead prequalification, inbound inquiries management, lead processing, and data administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Inquiries Management: Manage partner leads and portals, importing leads into the CRM and updating information in relevant portals.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospects within required SLA, ensuring timely evaluation and routing of high-quality leads to the sales team.
  • Inbound Calls and Chat: Answer, qualify, and route inbound phone calls and online website chat discussions within required SLA, transferring high-quality leads to the sales team.
  • Data Administration: Maintain data integrity in the CRM, investigate discrepancies, and ensure leads and deals are captured and prospected according to SLA/ROE.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support and Analysis: Perform analysis to identify areas for improvement, organize WWDGD with Growth and Sales Managers, and maintain critical SFDC reports and dashboards.
  • Qualifications: Impeccable organization skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to the audience.
