Job Summary

Point Zero is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in developing client accounts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new virtual clients to expand our customer base
  • Support the sales team in managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
  • Coordinate the setup of new account appointments with sales representatives
  • Manage and maintain accurate contact lists and sales data
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for sales managers
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare and maintain customer spreadsheets and online records
  • Execute custom product projects, including data management, artwork, and packaging
  • Manage internal software data, including price lists and item maintenance
  • Perform data entry and manage external customer product information portals
  • Other administrative responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • Customer service experience, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Intermediate-level working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and sales database administration
  • Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing and cloud services
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks
  • Attentive to detail and structured
  • Quick thinking and goal-oriented, with the ability to prioritize activities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
