We're seeking an experienced People Advisor to join our high-performing team at Watercare Services Limited. As a key member of our People and Capability team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our new HRIS and driving business improvement through effective HR and ER support.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering core People functions, including talent management, performance and development planning, and cyclical activities such as remuneration and annual reviews
- Providing insightful reporting on People metrics and using data to drive business improvement
- Contributing to and developing a People strategy aligned to the business needs and company plan
- Supporting business leaders and Business Partners with ER cases
- Providing employment relations expertise and staying up-to-date with relevant legislation
- Supporting talent management and succession objectives
- Managing the People calendar and trackers
- Developing and contributing to people solutions and projects that meet the changing needs of the business
We're looking for someone with well-developed interpersonal skills, the ability to deliver a range of initiatives, and a strong focus on improving things for the future. If you have experience in HR Advisor or Coordinator roles, ER experience, and a proven track record of working cross-functionally and delivering projects, we'd love to hear from you.
