The Opportunity

Hoi Bo is in search of enthusiastic, senior fashion consultants and brand advocates for its flagship store in Little Portugal as well as our Distillery location. As a vital member of Hoi Bo's retail team, you will embody and convey the aesthetic and philosophy that underpin Hoi Bo's design ethos. You will foster and nurture relationships with customers, delivering an exceptional service experience that is sincere, transparent, and approachable. Collaborating with the team, you will help maintain an outstanding store environment that reflects Hoi Bo's dedication to quality, from ensuring a pristine level of cleanliness to restocking and reorganizing merchandise.

The Role

As a fashion consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Striving to achieve sales objectives for both in-store and online platforms, utilizing effective sales strategies including text and social media
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure the stores are customer-ready, creating a comfortable and safe atmosphere through daily cleaning and maintenance, restocking, and re-merchandising
  • Crafting an inviting, personable, and unforgettable service experience for customers that aligns with their preferences
  • Offering thoughtful, honest insights and fashion guidance to our customers regarding style and fit
  • Expanding Hoi Bo's customer base through newsletter and community program enrollments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
