The Opportunity

Hoi Bo is seeking dynamic, experienced fashion consultants and brand advisors for its flagship store in Little Portugal as well as our Distillery location. As a vital member of Hoi Bo's retail team, you will embody and convey the aesthetic and philosophy central to Hoi Bo's design ethos. Your role will involve fostering and nurturing relationships with clients, delivering an outstanding service experience that is authentic, transparent, and welcoming. You will collaborate with the team to uphold an exceptional store environment that reflects Hoi Bo's dedication to quality, from maintaining impeccable cleanliness to restocking and re-merchandising.

The Role

As a fashion consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving sales objectives for both in-store and online platforms, utilizing effective sales strategies including text and social media.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure the stores are customer-ready, creating a comfortable and safe shopping experience through daily maintenance and restocking.
  • Delivering a warm, personable, and unforgettable service experience tailored to customer preferences.
  • Offering insightful, honest feedback and fashion guidance regarding style and fit.
  • Expanding Hoi Bo's clientele through newsletter and community program enrollments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
