Role Overview

As a key member of our Pursuit team, you will play a vital role in managing the proposal process from inception to completion. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that our submissions are polished and compelling, leading to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire pursuit process, including qualifications, proposals, interviews, and final selections.
  • Effectively manage large teams under tight deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are met with precision.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the necessary qualifications and project types relevant to our initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and marketing professionals, coordinating with external consultants and subject matter experts.
  • Engage with internal teams, including writers and designers, to enhance proposal content.
  • Review and edit both technical and non-technical proposal sections for clarity and impact.
  • Compile information on past projects and develop comprehensive resumes for personnel involved.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in strategic capture planning efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date pursuit status reports within our CRM system.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Extensive knowledge of the A/E/C industry's procurement processes.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person engagements.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
