The Opportunity

Hoi Bo is in search of enthusiastic, senior fashion consultants and brand advocates for its flagship location in Little Portugal as well as our Distillery Shop. As a vital member of Hoi Bo's retail team, you will embody and convey the aesthetic and ethos that define Hoi Bo's design philosophy. Your role will involve nurturing and developing relationships with clients, delivering an outstanding service experience that is sincere, transparent, and welcoming. You will collaborate with the team to uphold an exceptional store atmosphere that reflects Hoi Bo's dedication to quality, from maintaining a pristine level of cleanliness to restocking and reorganizing merchandise.

The Role

As a fashion consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Striving to achieve sales objectives for both in-store and online platforms, utilizing effective sales strategies including text and social media
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure the stores are customer-ready, creating a comfortable and safe environment through daily cleaning and maintenance, restocking, and re-merchandising
  • Delivering a warm, personable, and unforgettable service experience for customers that caters to their preferences
  • Offering insightful, honest feedback and fashion guidance to our clients regarding style and fit
  • Expanding Hoi Bo's clientele through newsletter and community program registrations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
