About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team at SHUBH FINANCIAL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives, manage budgets, and ensure financial stability.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, and authorize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Staff Management: Hire and direct staff to ensure the effective operation of the organization.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure the efficient use of resources and formulate and approve promotional campaigns.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration, or accounting.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior financial management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Area of Work Experience: Management, with a focus on financial management and operations.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient, and organized, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
