We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular sales training and coaching to ensure sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Service and Parts, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver remains competitive.
