About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team at Airport Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development

Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Staff Supervision

Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Performance Management

Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Supplier Negotiations

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for materials and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Client Relations

Negotiate with clients to secure the use of our facilities, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Business Planning

Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue, aligning with company objectives.

Scheduling

Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.

Event Management

Manage events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Community Involvement

Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, promoting cultural understanding and integration.

Credential Recognition

Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition, ensuring they can access employment opportunities.

Support for Youths
  • Youth Employment

Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, promoting education and job readiness.

Support for Indigenous People
  • Cultural Awareness

Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, promoting cultural awareness and understanding.

Support for Visible Minorities
  • Cultural Diversity

Participate in government or community programs that support members of visible minorities, promoting cultural diversity and inclusion.
