At Airport Inn, we are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facilities. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Supervise and manage a team of staff to achieve high standards of service
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for materials and supplies
  • Negotiate with clients to ensure the optimal use of our facilities
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage events and activities to enhance the guest experience
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Participation in programs that support newcomers and refugees
  • Support for youth employment initiatives
  • Support for Indigenous people and visible minorities
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
