About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team at Airport Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for materials and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Client Relations: Negotiate with clients to secure the use of our facilities, ensuring a positive and mutually beneficial experience.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improvement, aligning with company objectives.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Event Management: Manage events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Newcomer Support: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, providing assistance with foreign credential recognition.
  • Youth Employment: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, providing guidance and support.
  • Indigenous Support: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, providing cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Visible Minority Support: Participate in government or community programs that support members of visible minorities, providing cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Employment Details: Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication, with opportunities to work with diverse stakeholders.
