Sales and Operations Manager

The Team Manager will support the Director in leading and developing sales, operations, and security teams to meet and exceed sales targets and elevate the Tiffany store experience. They assume oversight for the store when the Director is not present. A dynamic, attentive, and inspiring leader, they mentor the team and act as a Guest Experience Manager, ensuring unsurpassed client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to deepen relationships with clients, drive sales, and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed store sales targets.
- Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Actively engage on the sales floor and manage client relationships personally.
- Drive business through key product pillars and KPIs.
- Client Experience and Service:
- Execute with a client-centric approach and deliver exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.
- Lead, model, and coach based on client feedback to elevate the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI).
- Provide management presence on the sales floor to ensure client experience expectations are met.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Improve customer service based on TEI performance and client feedback.
- Talent Development and Management:
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to drive high performance.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Network and recruit diverse, highly skilled talent.
- Set challenging goals aligned with company priorities.
- Utilize training and development opportunities for team growth and performance.
- Operational Excellence:
- Champion operations efficiency and seek continuous improvement.
- Ensure operational support to drive sales and service.
- Manage back-of-house operations and execute efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
Requirements:- Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury store management experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
- Develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and POS systems.
- Flexible to work in various roles based on business needs.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- A college/university degree.
- Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.
