Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Westview Steering & Brake. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Directing Customers: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to available mechanics and ensuring a smooth service experience.
  • Consulting with Mechanics: Collaborate with mechanics to discuss necessary repairs and potential alternatives to expensive repairs, providing customers with informed and transparent advice.
  • Sales and Service: Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solution for their vehicle.
  • Customer Communication: Answer customer questions about service outcomes, scheduling, and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up, providing clear and concise information.
  • Workflow Management: Manage and oversee the dealership's workflow and schedule, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business and drive customer loyalty.
  • Payment Processing: Ensure all details on services rendered and costs are communicated to customers and process their payments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Parts Ordering: Liaise with service technicians to ensure parts are ordered and available when needed, minimizing delays and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Cheerful, self-motivated, and kind individual who enjoys learning and growing with our team.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle is an asset, but we are willing to teach the right candidate.
