Service Advisor

We are a clean and friendly family-owned full-service auto repair facility in Prince Albert, SK. We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them and directing them to available mechanics. You will also consult with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs. Your knowledge of our products and services will be essential in selling or providing in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers. You will answer questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up. You will also provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car. Additionally, you will manage and oversee the dealership's workflow and schedule, calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times. You will maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business and ensure all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processed through their payments. You will also liaise with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed. If you are a cheerful, self-motivated, and kind individual who enjoys learning something new, and have a valid driver's license, we encourage you to apply. Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle is an asset, but we are willing to teach you if you are the right fit.
