Senior Claims Benefits Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accident Benefits Advisor to enhance our Healthcare Services team, ensuring the effective management of complex Accident Benefit claims.
Your Role:
- Analyze insurance policies, clarify coverage details, and set reserves in line with corporate standards.
- Manage accident benefits claims based on your expertise and authority.
- Gather necessary investigative materials, including medical examinations and statements from relevant parties.
- Inform clients and providers about updates in auto reform legislation.
- Oversee the entire claims process to ensure compliance with company protocols.
- Assist in resolving claims-related inquiries regarding legislation and settlement discussions.
- Ensure that service quality and standards are upheld by authorized specialists.
- Provide education about our Premiere Healthcare network to insured individuals.
- Participate actively in training sessions and file reviews.
Your Qualifications:
- Completion of a College Diploma or Associate Degree, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in handling Accident Benefits insurance claims.
- Experience with large loss claims is preferred.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is beneficial.
- CIP designation or progress towards it is necessary for licensing.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Adept at learning and thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in utilizing various software applications and databases.
