We are currently seeking Senior Accident Benefits Advisors to enhance our Healthcare Services team, ensuring the efficient and fair resolution of complex Accident Benefit claims.

Your Role:

  • Analyze insurance policies, clarify coverage details, and set reserves in line with company standards.
  • Manage accident benefits claims based on your authority, expertise, and knowledge.
  • Gather necessary investigative reports, medical examinations, and statements from insured individuals and witnesses.
  • Inform clients and providers about updates in auto reform regulations.
  • Oversee the entire claims process to ensure compliance with company protocols.
  • Assist in resolving claim-related issues, focusing on legislative interpretations and settlement discussions.
  • Guarantee that service quality and standards are upheld by approved specialists.
  • Educate insured clients about our Premiere Healthcare network.
  • Participate actively in training sessions and file clinics.

Your Qualifications:

  • College Diploma or Associate Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling Accident Benefits insurance claims.
  • Experience with large loss claims is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is required.
  • CIP designation or progress towards it is necessary for licensing.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Adept at adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in various computer applications and databases.
