- A degree or relevant post-secondary education in insurance is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills, particularly in identifying cause-and-effect relationships.
- Investigative skills are necessary.
- Experience in Agricultural claims is a plus.
- Able to draw valid conclusions and communicate them effectively.
- Capability to interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical analyses.
- Possession of an Adjuster's license or completion of foundational CIP courses is required.
- Strong written communication skills, including technical writing.
- Effective oral communication skills, including listening and negotiation.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to customer service, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage conflicts and challenging situations.
