Position Overview: The Investment Sales Senior Associate serves as a licensed Dealing Representative, possessing a deep understanding of our real estate investment offerings. This role requires expertise in the investor subscription process, compliance with Exempt Market Dealer regulations, and the ability to evaluate investor suitability effectively. We are looking for a driven individual with a strong work ethic, high motivation, and a commitment to achieving sales excellence. Your primary focus will be on cultivating new business relationships within the investor community. A strong character and a commitment to client care are essential, as the firm’s reputation with clients, partners, and regulators is of utmost importance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and expanding a personal business pipeline through diverse channels and actively enhancing your professional network.
  • Establishing a direct client base and identifying new opportunities with external partners.
  • Assessing client requirements and aligning them with the firm’s investment solutions.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales objectives.
  • Collaborating with marketing and communications teams to develop advertising and content aimed at Canadian investors.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of approved investment products.
  • Participating in and organizing corporate events as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or the IFSE Exempt Market Proficiency Course.
  • Exceptional client service skills with the confidence to manage client interactions effectively.
  • A post-secondary degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in financial services or real estate investment sales, particularly in client-facing roles, with a robust client network.
  • High performance standards and a commitment to investing the necessary time to achieve results.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • A commitment to providing credible, proven, long-term wealth solutions to clients.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent presentation abilities.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive earning structure, including a base salary complemented by sales commissions and bonuses.
