About the Role

Caldwell Investment Management Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Investment Funds Inside Sales Associate to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing strategies to increase assets under management and promote our investment products to advisory groups working primarily within the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive Sales Campaigns: Conduct call and sales campaigns to promote Caldwell Investment Management products to investment advisors, primarily within the CIRO channel.
  • Client Acquisition: Source, evaluate, and connect with Investment Advisors by utilizing cold call techniques.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Caldwell products and initiatives.
  • Client Support: Answer existing and potential advisor/client questions and send additional information, as required.
  • Literature Development: Assist in the development of literature for promoting products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with the Sales teams to organize campaigns and events for Investment Advisors.
  • Record Keeping: Update call/meeting activities and maintain accurate advisor records within our Client Relationship Management system on a timely basis.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-5 years of related financial services inside sales experience.
  • Education: Undergraduate in Finance or Commerce.
  • Qualifications: Exceptional interpersonal and sales skills, positive and flexible attitude, good organizational skills, proficient with Microsoft office, strong team player skills, outstanding relationship building skills, ability to partner with the business to achieve firm and team goals, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions, good work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit.
