Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing food preparation and service within our establishment. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality service.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates for food services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Compile and submit operational reports as required.
- Prepare summaries of food orders for the head chef.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Oversee a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Work Environment- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Requires a strong attention to detail.
- Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
