About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at True North Star Subs Inc. as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-organized and productive.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and motivate our food service team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.

Train and Develop Team Members

Provide comprehensive training to new team members, focusing on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and ready to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain Accurate Records and Reports

Prepare and submit detailed reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement efficient work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-rested and ready to meet customer demand.
