Job Summary

Mary Brown's Chicken is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient workflow
  • Quality Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Efficient interpersonal skills
    • Dependability
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Physical stamina to perform duties in a physically demanding environment
Working Conditions

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours

The Food Service Supervisor will work 30 hours per week.
