About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY SANDWICHES & SALADS. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety, and that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and sales.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and reporting.
