Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Documents Implementation Specialist to join our world-class international team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for writing detailed specifications for new documents features and working with developers to implement them.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Documentation: Write detailed specifications for new documents features and collaborate with developers to implement them.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Complete in-depth testing for internal development and provide support for client testing.
- Training and Development: Participate in structured training and coaching from experienced colleagues to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Education: Degree from a Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or other related technical field.
- Experience: Experience providing excellent customer service and confidence in relationship building skills.
- Skills: Creative problem solver with logical and practical processes, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable with learning new technology.
This is a hybrid work schedule role, with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week. You will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity and innovation, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through structured training and coaching.
