About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our drywall estimating software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues
  • Log and escalate service desk issues as needed
  • Communicate customer feedback and recommendations to our project management and account management teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our software
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of our drywall estimating software and its features
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
