About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues
  • Log and escalate service desk issues as needed
  • Communicate customer recommendations and concerns to project managers and account managers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of our software
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with construction estimating software, digital takeoff, and project management software
