About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues and provide solutions
  • Log and track service desk issues and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Communicate customer recommendations and concerns to the Project Manager and Account Manager teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of the Plexxis ERP system
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with construction estimating software, digital takeoff, and project management software
