Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Spices of Punjab Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our culinary standards.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to meet customer expectations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Food Order Summaries: Prepare detailed summaries of food orders for our chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting, and bending.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping and quality control.
- Team Player: Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with our kitchen staff.
- Initiative: Show initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving and improving kitchen operations.
