Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Spices of Punjab Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our culinary standards.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Food Order Summaries: Prepare detailed summaries of food orders for our chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physically Demanding: Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure exceptional quality and presentation of food and service.
- Team Player: Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and management.
