Director, Corporate Reporting

Skilled Trades Ontario is seeking a highly skilled Director, Corporate Reporting to lead our financial and non-financial reporting processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for regulatory and ministerial reporting, including financial, non-financial, information management, and FIPPA.
- Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance practices.
- Lead the preparation and review of financial and non-financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate reporting requirements and gather necessary information.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Five to ten years of progressive management experience within a regulatory environment.
- Designation in supply chain management is an asset.
