About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Pas. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Work Environment
