Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Wesco International, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales techniques, building strong relationships with existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and expand customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with outside sales teams to ensure alignment and achieve sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and marketing efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales administration and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
