Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Wesco International, Inc., you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on interacting with existing customers through phone and email to increase sales of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain orders through email and telephone calls, verifying and entering items, and transferring orders to fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, leveraging customer buying history and preferences.
- Develop and own opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with outside sales teams to ensure alignment and achievement of sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- High School Degree or Equivalent required.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales and sales administration, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and multitask.
- Attention to detail and ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and new accounts.
