Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Adobo Fresh Burrito Real Estate Corporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service business, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient and effective management of daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, including responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant has the necessary supplies to operate efficiently.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash handling.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
