Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation and Service

Oversee and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Inventory Management and Budgeting

Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Team Leadership
  • Supervise a Team of 3-4 People
