Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (FR/ENG)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries with promptness, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Utilize the CRM tool to manage customer requests effectively.
  • Oversee and update the inventory management system.
  • Execute service orders efficiently.
  • Handle invoicing and billing processes.

Essential Qualifications/Skills:

  • Candidates must successfully complete OPP background checks and those from the Sûreté du Québec as required for this position.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service is essential.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficient analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to change in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and accountable for work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is considered an asset.
