Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (FR/ENG)
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries with promptness, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to meet customer requirements.
- Utilize the CRM tool to manage customer requests effectively.
- Oversee and update the inventory management system.
- Execute service orders efficiently.
- Handle invoicing and billing processes.
Essential Qualifications/Skills:
- Candidates must successfully complete OPP background checks and those from the Sûreté du Québec as required for this position.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service is essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
- Strong attention to detail is necessary.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficient analytical problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to change in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and accountable for work.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is considered an asset.
