Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and instant messaging to address inquiries and resolve technical challenges.
- Identify root causes of issues and collaborate with the appropriate technical teams to facilitate resolutions.
- Provide outstanding service by acting as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth transitions to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Interact with both internal and external clients in a structured environment.
- Assess customer needs and update systems accordingly.
- Keep clients informed about ongoing incidents and requests.
- Communicate current network status and manage request and incident tracking.
