Essential Qualifications/Skills:
- Candidates must successfully complete OPP background checks and the Sûreté du Québec screening as required for this position.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role is essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
- Strong attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Analytical problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic environment is important.
- Self-motivated and accountable for personal performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is considered an asset.
