Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (FR/ENG)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring confidentiality and trust.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet customer expectations effectively.
  • Utilize the CRM system to manage and process customer requests efficiently.
  • Oversee and update the inventory management system.
  • Execute service orders accurately and promptly.
  • Handle invoicing and billing processes with precision.

Essential Qualifications/Skills:

  • Candidates must successfully complete OPP background checks and the Sûreté du Québec screening as required for this position.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic environment is important.
  • Self-motivated and accountable for personal performance.
