Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Jay Badri Vishal Hospitality Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate special events and menus
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs
  • Plan and estimate food requirements
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in food preparation and handling
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. We require our staff to be reliable, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
