Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Jay Badri Vishal Hospitality Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients, dietary restrictions, and customer preferences.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers, to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Coordinate special events, such as banquets and buffets, to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
