Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Jay Badri Vishal Hospitality Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimate food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new recipes, menus, and cooking techniques to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other culinary team members.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events, banquets, and weddings.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in kitchen management, menu development, and team leadership.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including cooking, plating, and presentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
