About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Jay Badri Vishal Hospitality Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings
    • Plan and execute menu items, ensuring timely and efficient preparation
  • Chef Management
    • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
    • Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures and protocols to maintain high standards
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure efficient use of resources
    • Monitor and control food costs to maintain profitability
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure all menu items meet our high standards for quality and presentation
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain consistency
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience as a senior chef or executive chef
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
    • Ability to train and develop a team of cooks and kitchen staff
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 32 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
