As the Senior Enterprise Solutions Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the Manager of Enterprise Application Services by offering expert technical direction to the operational and project teams focused on Document and Records Management. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the strategic rollout of SharePoint on the M365 Platform and supporting the operational functions of the TRECS solution, while also facilitating the integration of eSignature solutions and Enterprise Classifications.

This position is essential for steering the technical and strategic vision of the document and records management initiative. You will lead a technical team dedicated to supporting both operational and project endeavors, ensuring that change impacts and specialized work packages are effectively planned and coordinated.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Operations Leadership:
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive plans and policies tailored to program-specific needs.
  • Direct the design and implementation of foundational enterprise solutions, providing expert guidance in platform technologies and enterprise change management.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to establish long-term strategic objectives for enterprise solution deployment.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of testing strategies, ensuring quality assurance throughout the application development lifecycle.
  • Continuously research and update enterprise solutions to align with organizational needs and regulatory compliance.
Budget Management:
  • Manage operational and project budgets, including financial forecasting and risk assessment.
  • Consult with divisions to develop technology investment plans and establish project frameworks.
  • Foster collaborative relationships within Technology Services and across partner divisions.
Culture and Team Leadership:
  • Inspire and develop team members, promoting high-quality work and continuous learning.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and respect for diverse perspectives.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in service management and solution design across various platforms.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and driving project success.
  • Strong background in application development and quality assurance practices.
  • Post-secondary degree in computer science or related fields, with relevant experience in software development projects.
