As the Senior Enterprise Solutions Technical Lead, you will report to the Manager of Enterprise Application Services and provide essential technical guidance to the operational and project teams focused on Document and Records Management. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the planning and execution of operational and project initiatives related to SharePoint deployment on the M365 Platform. Additionally, you will support the operational activities of the Records Management solution while facilitating the onboarding of various divisions to this environment. This role is pivotal in steering the technical and strategic direction of the document and records management initiative, offering leadership to the technical team that underpins the operational and project efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Operations Leadership:
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive plans and propose policies tailored to program-specific needs.
  • Direct the definition, design, and execution of foundational enterprise solutions, providing technical leadership and expertise in platform technologies, enterprise change management, and user access administration.
  • Establish and deliver long-term strategic objectives for enterprise solution implementation in collaboration with business users and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive testing strategy, including automation and performance assessments.
  • Ensure the Quality Assurance team actively contributes to the application development life cycle, utilizing automated testing tools to create and execute test cases.
  • Continuously research and update enterprise solutions to align with the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Manage the technical design and implementation of corporate enterprise solution environments.
  • Evaluate current technical architecture and propose future enterprise solution designs.
Budget Management:
  • Oversee budget management, including planning, monitoring, and resource allocation for operational and project budgets.
  • Assist divisions in developing technology investment plans and establishing project frameworks.
  • Foster collaborative relationships within Technology Services and with client divisions.
Culture and Team Leadership:
  • Lead, motivate, and train staff to ensure effective teamwork and high-quality performance.
  • Encourage creativity and innovation by promoting diverse perspectives and healthy debate.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in service management and solution planning across diverse platforms.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and supporting project activities.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
